Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility:
- This competition is open to residents in the UK only.
- Employees of Vibrant Foods, Affiliated agencies, their family, or anyone else professionally connected to Vibrant Foods are not allowed to enter this competition.
- Entrants must be 18+ and have access to an Instagram Account
- The competition is open from 28th August to 23:59 on 1st September 2023. Any entries reported after the competition has closed on Cofresh Instagram will not be considered.
- Any purchases made to be a part of the competition are not refundable.
Qualification of a Picture:
- A good picture where the pack of Cofresh is clearly visible.
- Unlimited number of entries are allowed per person if they use a different Cofresh pack in each picture.
- A picture with multiple Cofresh packs is also qualified.
Campaign Period:
- The Cofresh Radio Campaign will begin on 28th August and end on 1st September at 23:59.
- Any entries reported after the competition has closed on Cofresh Instagram will not be considered.
How to Participate:
- Click a picture of your favorite Cofresh pack and post it on your Instagram page while using a hashtag #MyfavouriteCofresh.
Rewards:
- 20 winners are selected randomly using software and the winners receive a gift box with a few Cofresh goodies determined by Cofresh.
- The rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
- Cofresh reserves the right to substitute the rewards with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Any purchases made to be a part of the competition are not refundable.
Winner Notification:
- The winners will receive a message on their Instagram page requesting details like address and contact number. Once the details are provided by the winner, the gift box will be couriered to the address provided by the winner.
- The message will only be received to the winners from the official page of Cofresh @cofreshsnacks.
Disqualification
- If the winner does not respond to the message within 7 working days, The winner will be declared disqualified.
- If the winner does not use the hashtag #MyfavouriteCofresh, the participant is declared disqualified.
- Cofresh reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
- Cofresh decision regarding disqualification and selection of winners shall be final and binding.
Limitations and Liability:
- Cofresh, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with the Cofresh Radio Campaign.
Modifications and Terminations:
- Cofresh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Cofresh Radio Campaign at any time without prior notice and without liability.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [UK].
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [UK].
By participating in the Cofresh Radio Campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
